TWIL Travel has organized a trip for Ashbury Grads and their families from March 15 to 22, 2024 at Dreams Macao Beach Resort. 

Dreams Macao Beach is located on the northeastern coast of the Dominican Republic.  There is an expansive water park for the whole family and the Core Zone Teens Club. Plus, guests can experience theme parties, live entertainment, a nightclub, and spa. Located 40 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport.

Pricing Details

• Rates are PER PERSON

• Rates are in CAD, and include flight, hotel, and airport transfer.

• Rates do not include baggage or preferred seating

• An administrative fee of $100 CAD per person will be charged in addition to the room rates,

• Inventory is subject to change

• Children are considered to be 12 years and younger: contact groups@twiltravel.com for pricing if children are 12 years old or younger

• Connecting rooms are subject to availability and not guaranteed

• Each room MUST be occupied by at least one adult (18+)

Optional Activity for Ashbury trip Participants:

Private Catamarn Tour on March 19, 2024

We have reserved a private catamaran excursion for the Ashbury group. A separate registration and payment is required to participate. Roundtrip transportation to the boat, along with an open bar and snacks is included in the price. Guests will be picked up from Dreams Macao at 2:20 pm.

How to book? What is required? 

In order to book, please click here to request your rooms. 

Please ensure you have the following information for EACH individual travelling:

1. Name exactly as it appears on the passport

2.  Date of Birth

3.  Contact information: email and mobile

4.  Address

5. Credit Card (for admin fee and package deposit)

A $500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit per person will be taken at the time of booking to confirm your room.

FULL balance of payment is due on or before January 10, 2024.

Once final payments are made, they are 100% non refundable

IMPORTANT: Dominican Republic now requires all passports to expire greater than 6 months prior to entry and exit.

 * Please note, we do anticipate demand for rooms may exceed the inventory we are currently holding. Requests will be managed in the order in which they are received and rooms will only be considered confirmed once payment of the $500 deposit has been processed We will do our best to accommodate all requests, however, the above rates are only guaranteed for the inventory we are holding.

Transat Travel Protection

We strongly suggest protecting your travel investment with Insurance.

Group Flex is available for $100 per person.  Group Flex allows the option to cancel for a full refund or make a one-time change to the date, destination, or hotel up to 30 days prior to departure. All passengers sharing the same room must purchase Group Flex. A maximum of 30 passengers will be allowed to purchase Group Flex. When purchased, Group Flex conditions will apply to any airline ancillary products purchased in conjunction with the vacation package, including Option Plus, seat selection and extra baggage. Once all the Group Flex options have been allocated, TWIL will offer alternative vacation insurance options.

Deposit and Payment

A $500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit per person will be taken at the time of booking to confirm your room. FULL balance of payment is due on or before January 10, 202., Once final payments are made, they are 100% non refundable.

Changes

A change is defined as a change in room category or occupancy.  Changes are charged at $150 per change.   Changes may result in higher room rates. 

Cancellations

Cancellations are permitted up to the final balance is taken minus a penalty of $250 per person.   All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to TWIL Travel. Please note, the TWIL Administrative fee is a separate charge from the room rate and is 100% non refundable once paid, at time of booking.

Travel Insurance

Travel Insurance is strongly encouraged.  Both Travel medical and cancellation insurance is available to purchase here through TWIL Travel. 

Travel Advisories

Living standards and practices at the destination and the standards and conditions there with respect to the provision of utilities, services and accommodation may differ from those found in Canada.

Entry to another country may be refused even if the required information and travel documents are complete. If you are a Canadian citizen, your passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of your arrival into the Dominican Republic.

Incidentals

Individual guest accounts are payable at check-out by cash or credit card. In order to be able to access the ancillary services of the Hotel, each guest will be required to present a valid credit card upon check-in, on which an amount of sufficient pre-authorization can be obtained to cover the anticipated use of Hotel’s ancillary services. All accounts must be settled prior to departure.
