TWIL is offering a limited number of 5 to 7 day ‘hotel only’ options with the ability to add on Georgia Hardy’s Exclusive “Activity Package”

Important Notes:

• Below room rates are PER PERSON, for the duration and occupancy indicated and are in USD.

• A TWIL Administrative fee of $150 CAD per person will be charged In addition to the room rates,

• For double occupancy and up, the first two people in a room will be charged as adults, regardless of age.

• A child is considered to be 12 or under.

• Each room must be occupied by at at least one adult (18+)

• Additional room types and 6-night options available upon request

• All guests in a room must be booked via the same method (ie: all through TWIL Travel or all through G/HARDY TOURS).

Upon Booking:

150.00 CAD per person TWIL administrative fee will be taken as a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit at time of booking.

FULL balance of payment will be charged in USD and is due on or before November 27, 2023, Once payments are made, they are 100% non refundable .

Room rates include all-inclusive accommodations in the room category indicated at the Planet Hollywood Cancun, inclusive of taxes. For a full list of inclusions, please refer to the Planet Hollywood Website.

The G/HARDY TOURS activity package is required in order to participate in any of the group events throughout the week and must be purchased separately and directly through G/HARDY TOURS.

Family Section Adult Scene (18+)

Please note, we do anticipate demand for these rooms to exceed the inventory we are currently holding. Requests will be managed in the order in which they are received and rooms will only be considered confirmed once payment of the TWIL Admin fee has been processed We will do our best to accommodate all requests, however, the above rates are only guaranteed for the inventory we are holding.

Changes

A change is defined as a change in room category or occupancy. One change per room is allowed. Additional changes will be charged at $75 per change.

Cancellations

Cancellations are permitted before November 27, 2023. Final payment for the room is required on or prior to November 27th. After November 27th, any cancellations will be subject to 100% penalty. All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to TWIL, Please note, the TWIL Administrative fee is a separate charge from the room rate and is 100% non refundable once paid, at time of booking. The purchase of travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment.

Activity Package

Georgia Hardy Tours requires every participant in the G/HARDY TOURS grad trip to pay a fee for the ‘Activity Package’ to be included in all the special events. If you book through TWIL Travel, you will receive a payment link from G/HARDY TOURS for the $975.00 per person.

Flights

In order to provide maximum flexibility, guests are welcome to use points or credits to book on their own, The TWIL Travel flight desk is available to provide flight options and assist with booking for a rate of $75 per ticket.

Incidentals

Individual guest accounts are payable at check-out by cash or credit card. In order to be able to access the ancillary services of the Hotel, each guest will be required to present a valid credit card upon check-in, on which an amount of sufficient pre-authorization can be obtained to cover the anticipated use of Hotel’s ancillary services. All accounts must be settled prior to departure.

Price Increases

Price increases are permitted in the event that the minimum number of travelers is not reached, or the current block of TWIL rooms sells out. No price increases are permitted after the customer has paid in full.

Travel Advisories

Living standards and practices at the destination and the standards and conditions there with respect to the provision of utilities, services and accommodation may differ from those found in Canada.

Entry to another country may be refused even if the required information and travel documents are complete. If you are a Canadian citizen, your passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of your arrival into Mexico.
